Rhinelander service in the new facility

Sunday, July 2nd, 2006

I had a wonderful time with all the people of
Faith Baptist of Rhinelander.
I enjoyed being able to talk to Mark Ring and his family.

Just two weeks ago … and now today!

I took a lot of pictures. Here is the Link to the pictures

Keep in mind… I may be the “world’s worst photographer“.

Also, those of you with a dial up connection may want to make a pot of coffee while trying to view the pictures! They are loaded at high resolution (sorry for that). [viewing them in the thumbnail view shouldnt be bad though]

The Vawter’s were at the service from Wisconsin Fellowship of Baptist Churches.
It was really nice to meet and fellowship with them.

And of course I had a great time with the Coat’s (as always)

Today I had the privilege of serving in Rhinelander, Wi at Faith Baptist Church.

This church is a “church plant” of my home church in Pembine and this was my first opportunity to see the work.

One of my main functions was to assist in
driving the Coat’s to the church and back again.

Mr Coats preached the morning message and the congregation gave me the opportunity to sing a solo. We went out to dinner with a charter member family from the church and then drove over to see the new (old) church building that they will be occupying in two weeks. This building has been a major answer to pray. It was given to them with no strings attached by another church that was disbanding.

Pray for the Doolittle Family
CIMG4646
I had just taken this picture of Doug and his family on Wednesday evening at the family fun fair. Then on Friday afternoon/evening Doug was being flown to Ann Arbor to be treated for a mass in his brain I will include the text to the email updates I have received below.

Doug has been a great friend to me and I have had his two oldest children in Cubbies over the years. Please pray for his rapid recovery.

Stuck Vollyball

As if Antone’s shorts and shirt were not distracting enough… the volleyball got stuck mid-flight in the air and we had to quit the game because nobody could get it down…. But we all had a great time anyway

Last night of Cubbies for the year (so sad)

I will really miss all the kids… and even the leaders (you too Jenelle)

I am really REALLY going to miss my friends Amber and Rachelle. They have put up with alot from me over the years and I am really sorry to see them graduate and leave.
